| 29th-30th - Leek & Moorlands Model Gliding Association invite you to come and enjoy flying your scale sailplanes with us on our superb slopes in Staffordshire/Derbyshire.
We are hosting a"Scale Sailplane" fly for fun event and all are welcome. We only stipulate that proof of insurance is provided and then we all get on with as much as air time as the weather and light allows!
We have club sites for almost all wind directions however, if the weather is fickle we have a few other flying sites up our sleeves that we can use to cover all other eventualities....so long as the wind blows of course!
We meet at the main slope site just 750 metres north east of The Mermaid Inn,Thorncliffe,Near Leek,ST13 8UN.at 9.30am .
